Branding projectVinyl Souk
This project was conceived as an open brand system, designed to incorporate external pieces without losing coherence.
Artistic brands often face limited control over shared content, as it often comes from collaborations, festivals, or events. To address this, the concept draws from the tradition of marking vinyl records with names, stamps or signatures, a personal gesture that claims ownership.
Instead of a fixed colour palette or typographic system, the identity is built through a flexible set of “marks”, including handwritten elements and gaffer tape labels.
The logo was only refined, as it is already an established brand in the UAE.
